• Product support. Something not working, a question about how a feature behaves, or help getting your company profile and keywords set up so your matches improve.
• Sales and Enterprise. Teams that need more than the 3 seats and 25 keywords on the Professional plan, or that want custom integrations, can ask about an Enterprise plan. There are no demos to sit through; tell us what you need and we will tell you whether we fit.
• Billing. Payments run through Stripe. Email us for receipts, plan changes, or anything about your subscription, and we will sort it out.
• Privacy and data requests. To access, export, correct, or delete your data, email us from your account email and we will handle it. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
• Press and partnerships. Working on a story about government contracting, or exploring a partnership? Reach the same address and we will get back to you.
